which she was riding, owned by defendant Henry C. Gottwald, d.b.a. Yellow Cab Company, collided with a car driven by defendant
Alvin Emmeck. The case was tried before Rollin G. Johnson, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for the plaintiff for
$17,500 against the owner of the taxicab only. Said defendant appealed from the judgment entered and from an order denying
